Results are in!!

So.....6 lbs loss!!!  I was really surprised that this cleanse was easier than I thought.  Only a couple of times during the 3 days was I starving.  I think I'll do it once a month now.  I feel really good, my energy never got low either. 

Now for my exercise... since I hate running my plan is to take 1-2 gym classes/day 4-5 days a week.  I haven't been able to lately cause I haven't had a vehicle, but I should be getting my moped this Friday, or Monday. 

I'm super motivated right now!  Everyday I get on to www.sparkpeople.com and track my food and fitness!  I also read tons of blogs and motivational pages.  Its encouraging knowing that all these people on here are also going through what I am, and trying to get healthy and in shape. 

I'm hoping my sister, Ericka, will make a post soon(wink wink) and we can track our progress together.  I  know that she is going about losing weight a different way.  She has been working out @ the gym with her mom and also taking weight loss pills.  I forget the name.  She said that she has lost quite a bit of weight since Jan.!  YAY!!  Kudos to Ericka!!  I cant take pills, they make me sick to my stomach. 

With my healthy eating and working out, I should be able to reach my ideal weight 125, by my 30th birthday, in Oct. That's 30 lbs over the next 6 months.  Its going to be tough, but I can do it!!  That's only 5 lbs a month!  WOW!  When I think about it like that it seems way doable:)
