So, I started "Boot Camp" on Monday at 5:00 AM. We did a total body work out but did not work with our weights. We sarted by warming up, did some stretching and got our blood flowing. Then we went into working out our legs, by doing different kinds of squats, "mountain climbers" I believe that is what they are called, jumping jacks and a few other excersices. We then did some push ups to work out our arms and a few other excersises with the arms and then we worked abs. Oh, and I almost forgot to tell you that we did some butt excersises too. She said,"We can't get all muscular and have no butt!" (Very true) We worked out so hard and strenuous that I felt naucious, I didn't throw up, but sure felt like I could. So today at "Boot Camp" I got there at 5:01 (for some reason it took me a little longer to get ready this morning), and they were already hard at it getting warmed up! So I got in there and we worked with our weights today and I realized how weak my arms really are. I will say that I was at least working with 5 lb weights, (it wasn't like the 2 lb weights, I'm not that weak, cut me some slack would ya!) but they did seem very heavy there at the end when I was trying with all my might to at least get them above my head. Then we did yet more push ups....Did I mention that I HATE push ups with a passion?! That might revert back to the part where my arms are really weak. And we did tons more squats, different ones than we did on Monday, so we worked some different legs muscles. And then again, we worked abs. This time though, we did a little harder excersises with the abs today. I didn't feel as naucious today as I did on Monday, and hopefully will feel a little less on Friday and so on. Now, as far as the diet pills go, they are called Skinny Mini and I started taking them in December when I got up to 132 lbs. They helped decrease my eating, b/c my problem is I like to eat, and I like to eat A LOT! So by decreasing the amount that I ate each meal, they helped "Shrink" my stomach where it would not hold as much. I stopped taking them at the end of December and then throughout January I continued to lose weight and keep eating small portions. As I neared the end of January, I started eating a little more and gaining a few pounds. So I got some more pills. I took them everday for the first week or two, this time of taking them, I actually am working out as well, so in taking them this time, it seemed that I ate more than I originally did when I first took them. But I believe that it is because when you work out, your body needs to take more food in, but more times per day. I started taking the diet pills every other day and it seemed that on the days I didn't take the pill, I didn't eat very much and on the days that I did take it, I ate more... Don't ask me why, I'm no doctor or nutritionist. But this time, the pills started making me feel funny, I felt like my eyes were crossed sometimes and just out of it, so now I decided to take them once or twice per week. I have not taken one in a week in a half. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 119.4 lbs, so far a total of 14 lbs lost since the first of December. I am really just trying to tone up my body, so I will be gaining in muscle, but losing in fat, so if I don't lose anymore weight that will be fine as long as my stomach gets flat and my muscles are more defined! So Dani, how is that for a blog?!! Love Ya!
