3 Day Cleanse

Ok, my friend Misty swears by this cleanse, said she lost bout 8 lbs when she did it! I'm going to give it a try:)

Bfast: 1 glass of green tea
1 protein shake

Lunch: 1 glass green tea
1 protein shake

*** 1 protein shake before or after dinner.

Dinner: salad, non dairy dressing, 4 oz. Lean protein. 3 C. Veggies

*** can have minimal fruit for a snack.

Do this3 days:)
